中央研究院所（处）为满足业务需求，聘用先生（女士）为约聘（雇）人员，双方签订雇佣契约，明确聘（雇）用期间自某年某月至某年某日止，月报酬为薪点折合新台币若干元，工作内容具体包括科研任务与行政支持等，乙方需遵守研究院规章制度，甲方提供必要工作条件与福利待遇，双方权利义务清晰，旨在促进科研事业发展。

Empoyment Agreement (with contribution benefit )
中央研究院 所（处）(以下简称甲方)为应业务需要，聘（雇）用 先生（女士）(以下简称乙方)为约聘（雇）人员，双方订立契约条款如左：
This Agreement is made and entered into on the __ day of __ , __ by and between ______ ( Institute or Preparatory Office ), Academia Sinica ( hereinafter referred to as “A” ) and _____ ( hereinafter “B” ).
Whereas, A is wiing to offer B empoyment, and B is wiing to accept such empoyment subject to the foowing terms and conditions：
